​Emily Jones (she/her), LICSW received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Denver in 2017. Prior, she received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Salem State University and her substance use certificate in 2012. Originally from North of Boston, Emily has lived and worked in Vermont since 2017.

She is skilled in working with children, youth and families. Emily combines a person-centered, play-based approach to assist in the power of relationships. Emily provides expressive arts to assist in communication, processing events and building coping strategies. She provides trauma informed care to children, adolescents, families and assists with coaching parents and caregivers. Her previous experience includes working with children, adolescents and families in schools, hospitals, inpatient facilities, community health settings, private and pediatric care.

She is a believer in utilizing humor and providing spaces (in person, telehealth, walk and talk) that meet client’s needs to access services. Emily is curious and utilizes this curiosity in her approach as well as DBT, CBT, Play Based, Trauma informed care.

Emily is a soccer coach in the community, enjoys skiing, swimming, hiking and anything sport related. Emily enjoys spending time with her family and her animals.
