Meet Dr. Karolina Pray! She studied 6 years at National University of Health Sciences, Lombard, Illinois to become a Naturopathic Doctor and a Chiropractor. Prior to that she also received a massage diploma and training in acupuncture and acupressure called Jin Shin Do. 

Prior to her studies in medical school, Dr. Karolina used to be a financial analyst. She changed her profession because of her own severe illness more than 10 years ago. Her health substantially deteriorated over the course of several years as she was treated by conventional medical doctors that were not able to help her. She had multiple food and chemical sensitivities, diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Interstitial Cystitis. Eventually she found the right doctors and holistic practitioners that helped her to regain her health. Through a long healing journey that led her back to recovery, she was inspired to become a naturopathic doctor so she could help people like you. 

Her areas of interests are autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and Hashimoto’s, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth, Interstitial Cystitis, yeast and mold overgrowth, food and chemical sensitivities - just to name a few. She also has expertise in working with women who suffer from PMS, PCOS, fibroids and irregular menstrual cycles. 

Dr. Karolina teaches her patients how to regain health through change of lifestyle, nutrition, herbs, homeopathy, vitamins and minerals, and IV therapy.  As a diagnostician, she uses various laboratory testing, such as stool testing, food sensitivity and food allergy testing, mineral & vitamin deficiency testing and comprehensive blood tests. 

On the weekends and in her free time, Dr. Karolina enjoys hiking in the mountains, skiing, and traveling.  She has two grown children, William and Lauren. William is playing college hockey in New Hampshire for Plymouth State University. Lauren is studying political science and economics in Prague, the Czech Republic.
