Stacey is passionate about supporting her patients toward finding a diet that allows them to feel good and works with their lifestyle. She wants people to understand the intricate connection between diet and health. She works with her patients to develop a healthy lifestyle plan, supporting them toward manifesting individual and collective visions. Stacey listens to the needs and concerns of her patients with the awareness that the food you choose has a lot to do with emotional patterns and how you care for yourself. Within the supportive environment that Stacey creates in her sessions, people are able to understand the deeper issues that contribute to certain choices. Stacey loves being connected to healthy food\cooking, growing, eating, and feeding her family. She is nourished by walks in the woods, hot baths, and saunas. She loves being with her children, doing active things together such as hiking, skiing, ice skating, and swimming. Stacey enjoys being part of an engaging community. She and her husband are building an intentional community in Moretown Vermont, called Living Tree Alliance. |
