Infrared Sauna
Infrared Sauna uses natural invisible light to create heat that penetrates the body on a deeper level compared to traditional saunas. Infrared heat activates our cells that are responsible for energy production and metabolism which directly causes increased circulation, perspiration, endorphin release, and reduced inflammation. These effects have amazing benefits on our health!
Infrared sauna promotes relaxation, deeper sleep, improved cardiovascular health, improved skin regeneration/anti-aging, immune support, detoxification, improved exercise recovery, and tissue regeneration.
Because the infrared heat is deep penetrating heat the benefits can be achieved at a lower temperature than regular sauna, which makes it accessible to those that cannot tolerate the heat of a regular sauna such as children, elders, and those suffering from auto-immune or chronic health conditions.
