Julie has been working in the field of Mental Health for nearly 25 years, gaining extensive experience working with individuals from all walks of life, at every developmental stage, and in various clinical and school settings. As a mental health professional who has complementary training in nutritional counseling through The Nutritional Therapy Association, Julie is uniquely positioned to support you in an integrated examination of how your mental and emotional health are intimately connected with your nutrition and lifestyle choices.
Julie’s strengths-based, research-oriented, positive, proactive, and compassionate approach, along with her mission to help you be educated, fully informed, and empowered to manage your life, leads to results.
