Dr. Lara Nargozian is a licensed naturopathic primary care physician and licensed acupuncturist in Vermont. Her vision is to offer her patients a safe space for healing and transformation, where people can deepen their understanding of their bodies and become empowered in their health journey.
Dr. Lara enjoys working with people of all ages, backgrounds and identities. She is committed to hearing your story and working with you to find the solutions that work best for you. Her practice is rooted in finding small changes that can make a big difference. She primarily utilizes nutrition and lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture and bodywork to support her patients along their healing journey. “I first fell in love with nature while spending time at Smuggler’s Notch as a kid. That relationship only deepened while completing my undergraduate education at the University of Vermont and graduate studies at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. I believe that the natural world offers us many clues for how to live an aligned and balanced life and that our bodies are wise and effective communicators in showing us where imbalances lie. I consider symptoms to be messages from the body and work with patients to help understand and work with these messages. I am passionate about the environment, reproductive health and rights, as well as de-stigmatizing mental and sexual health.” When not working with patients, Dr. Lara enjoys backpacking, skiing, gardening, seeing live music, enjoying meals with family and friends, and lounging with her cat, Sage. Dr. Lara is accepting new patients! Please call (802) 253-2340. |
